Periodic maintenance — the item that matters most
An unmaintained fire system is, in practice, no system at all. Periodic maintenance covers running and performance-testing the fire pumps, checking network pressure and valves, testing detectors and manual call points, inspecting the alarm panel and its batteries, and verifying hose cabinets, extinguishers and brigade connections.
We provide periodic maintenance contracts documented by reports — required in practice at inspection and licence renewal, and the only real assurance the system will perform.
