Electrical & Plumbing Works

Executed to the drawings and the regulations — and handed over with as-built documentation.

Riyadh and all regions of the Kingdom

Electrical and plumbing works are the two trades whose defects surface latest and cost several times more to fix than to do correctly in the first place. We deliver electrical installations, panels, earthing and water and drainage networks for projects and facilities across Riyadh and the Kingdom — to the drawings, to the regulations, and with documented handover.

Electrical works

We deliver the electrical system from the supply point through to final outlets, with the documentation that makes future maintenance possible without guesswork.

  • Main and sub distribution boards: Assembly and installation of distribution boards with breakers and protections rated to the calculated loads.
  • Cable routes: Cables, conduits and trays sized for load and distance, properly labelled and documented.
  • Earthing and protection: A sound earthing system and earth-leakage protection — the item most often cut short, and the one life safety depends on most.
  • Lighting and power points: Lighting and power distribution laid out around how the spaces are actually used.
  • Testing and handover: Insulation, continuity and earth-resistance testing, with results handed over alongside as-built drawings.

Plumbing and drainage

We install cold and hot water supply networks and drainage and vent systems, selecting materials appropriate to each use and to the water conditions on site. Pressure testing before closing up and burying is a step we never skip, because a single leak discovered after finishing costs many times what proper testing costs.

We also cover tanks, connections and tie-ins to pumping and booster systems, and set drainage falls correctly to prevent recurring odours and blockages.

Maintenance and operation

Alongside installation we offer periodic maintenance contracts covering panel inspection, terminal tightening and load measurement, earthing checks, and monitoring of water and drainage networks so observations are dealt with before they become failures.

This kind of monitoring measurably reduces emergencies and costs far less than repairing after a shutdown.

What drives the cost

Cost is set by project size and type, the number of electrical and plumbing points, panel capacity and required loads, the cable and pipe materials specified, the finish level, and whether the work is in an existing building — which is more involved than working in one still under construction.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve gathered the most common questions our clients ask and answered them clearly.

Yes, we build to the project's approved drawings and specifications. If we see something in the drawings that is unsuitable for construction or conflicts with the regulations, we raise it in writing before execution — not after.
