2. Data we collect through the website

• Information you choose to send us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, such as your name, mobile number, email address and the details of your request or project.
• Technical data recorded automatically in server logs when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, used for security and to operate the site.
• Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and for administrator sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use website data

• To answer your enquiries and provide the quotations and services you request.
• To operate and secure the website and improve its performance.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. MEIC Social (internal publishing tool)

"MEIC Social" is an internal tool self-hosted on our own servers (built on Postiz) and available at https://social.meicgroups.com. It is used only by the company to publish its own content to its official accounts. Registration is closed and no outside party uses it.

Connected accounts: via OAuth we connect only the company's own official accounts on TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. We do not connect other people's accounts and we do not access audience accounts.

Data we access from these platforms:

• Basic profile information of the connected account and its OpenID identifier.
• The account's display name and avatar.
• The posting permissions needed to upload posts and videos to our accounts.

How it is used: this data is used only to show the connected account inside the tool and to publish the company's own content to it. It is not used for advertising, tracking or profiling anyone.

Storage and security: access tokens are stored securely on our own server, accessible only to authorised company staff, and the tool is served over encrypted HTTPS.

No selling or sharing: we do not sell, rent or share this data with any third party, other than the platform itself when a post is published.

Revoking access: you can revoke MEIC Social's access at any time from the security or connected-apps settings of TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. Access stops immediately once revoked.

Data deletion: you can request deletion of any data related to the tool by emailing r.alhjje@meicgroups.com. We will delete it within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm to you.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share the minimum necessary data only with service providers that help us run the website (such as hosting), or when required by law or by a competent authority.

6. Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. MEIC Social access tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected or upon a deletion request.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including HTTPS encryption and restricted access to servers and admin tools. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
• Request correction or updating of your data.
• Request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
